Assemble clutch cable on Crank case
cover LH and fix to clevis.
Assemble Sleeve gear Spacer over sleeve
as shown in Fig.
Assemble FD Sprocket .
NOTE :
Care to be taken while fixing the FD
sprocket direction circular groove index
mark, facing outwards.
Assemble lock type washer and nut
(Torque 7.5 KG-M).
Lock the tab over the FD sprocket nut.
Fix Rear Chain master link, plate and lock
clip.
