Synapse User's Guide

Auto Attendant Information

The Synapse telephone system features an Auto Attendant that allows a caller to be automatically transferred to a Synapse
extension without the intervention of a receptionist. The system features an interactive voice menu to guide callers to the desired
extension.
You may want to give your extension number to frequent callers so they can easily get through to your extension when the Auto
Attendant answers their calls.
When the Auto Attendant is disabled, all outside calls go to the system operator.

Caller Options

Until callers get through to a live person, they can press 0 at any time to redirect their call to the system operator.
When a caller is redirected to Voicemail, the caller has the option to press 5 to skip the greeting.
