[Handset] Managing Missed Calls

The Handset records incoming call information in the Call Log and displays a notification on the Idle screen. Unanswered calls
that have not been reviewed are considered missed. Once you review a call, the new missed-call count goes down by one. If
there are no new calls, the Idle screen displays 0 Missed Calls.
To view missed calls:

Synapse User's Guide
To review the entire Call Log from Idle or Dial mode, press
press SELECT when # Missed Calls is highlighted on the Idle screen, as shown in
Figure 236.
Press the
or
in Figure 219.
Press
to delete the highlighted call entry.
Press
to return to the previous mode.
If caller ID is unavailable, the Call Log and Missed-Call list entries display the name as
UNKNOWN.
The
tag indicates that the entry has not been reviewed.
The
icon indicates that a Voicemail message is available.
The
icon (exclamation mark) indicates that the message has not been played.
