9. Diagnostics & Troubleshooting
Recommended Action
Try to configure another trunk as
the CAS trunk, or contact
AudioCodes to upgrade your
Hardware.
Look at the previous Syslog
messages to see the specific
TR08 error
Configure the protocol type of this
trunk to one of V5 family.
Configure all trunk's protocol
types to one of V5 family.
Remove the duplicated interface
ID.
Set the Local Reference trunk
"PSTNClockMaster " as an active
trunk , or set "AutoClockEnable"
to ON (1). Reset the board after
changing the configurations.
Set at least one trunk's
"ProtocolType" with a valid
protocol type (not NONE).
Set at least one trunk's
