You can set the following parameters:
v Maximum users
v Maximum connections
v Maximum open
v Maximum searches
v Auto disconnects
v Maximum number of shares
SMIT fastpath
The SMIT menu fastpath command to perform CIFS authentication is smit cifs.
1. Select CIFS Configuration.
2. Select Resource Limits.

You can set the following parameters:
v Enable opportunistic locking
v Enable search caching
v Enable send file API support
v Umask
v Preserve mixed-case filenames
v JFS ACL-inheritance
v DOS File Attributes support
v Map long filenames to DOS 8.3 filenames
v DOS filename-mapping character
v Enable memory-mapped files
v Unicode conversions (double byte characters)
v Enable MSDFS support
v MSDFS load-levelling
