E-mail alert template

By adding an e-mail alert template, the Electronic Service Agent can send an e-mail
message to contacts relating all or limited machine problem information. You can
define as many e-mail contacts as you require, but an e-mail server must be active
and accessible.

Description
The e-mail address of the contact you want to alert.
The default subject line for messages.
The hostname name of the mail server to be used.
This field determines how long to wait in order to gather any additional
notifications that can be generated. When the time specified is reached,
all notifications gathered are combined into one e-mail notification and
sent to the e-mail address.
Set the following Enabled and Urgent flags True/False accordingly.
An Error Event occurred that is considered a caution or informational
entry.
A Electronic Service Agent Error Event transmission failed to open a
PMR on the IBM Server Agent Server.
An Electronic Service Agent Error Event entry was created and set to a
Held status.
An Electronic Service Agent Error Event entry was created and set to a
ending status.
An Electronic Service Agent Error Event transmission OPENED a PMR
on the IBM Server Agent Server.
A Electronic Service Agent Error Event transmission CLOSED a PMR on
the IBM Server Agent Server.
An internal operating problem has occurred (e.g. inability to read a
required file, or run a command, or anything that is detected with the
operation of the Electronic Service Agent).
There is a change in the licensing information for a machine. Either a
machine has been licensed or it has expired.
The machine has received notification that PTF Updates are available for
download.
The machine has received notification that the Electronic Service Agent
Updates are available for download.
Time stamp of when the transmission started.
Time stamp of when the transmission ended.
Type of call, LIC (padlock), PMR, and VPD Icon symbols.
This column is not used.
This column is not used.
Displays how many attempts it took to make the
connection.
Icon status of transmission. Green flag = OK.
If baud rate is established, posted connect speed or <non>.
