To reset the IP60 appliance to factory defaults using the Reset button
1. Make sure the IP60 appliance is powered on.
2. Using a pointed object, press the RESET button on the back of the IP60 appliance steadily for
seven seconds and then release it.
3. Allow the IP60 appliance to boot-up until the system is ready.
For information on the appliance's front and rear panels, see the Getting to Know Your Appliance
section in Introduction on page 13.
Warning: If you choose to reset the IP60 appliance by disconnecting the power cable
and then reconnecting it, be sure to leave the IP60 appliance disconnected for at least
three seconds. Disconnecting and reconnecting the power without waiting might
cause permanent damage.

Running Diagnostics

You can view technical information about your IP60 appliance's hardware, firmware, license, network
status, and Service Center.
This information is useful for troubleshooting. You can export it to an *.html file and send it to technical
support.
To view diagnostic information
1. Click Setup in the main menu, and click the Tools tab.
The Tools page appears.
2. Click Diagnostics.
Technical information about your IP60 appliance appears in a new window.
3. To save the displayed information to an *.html file:
Click Save.

A standard File Download dialog box appears.
Click Save.

The Save As dialog box appears.

Browse to a destination directory of your choice.
Type a name for the configuration file and click Save.
d.
The *.html file is created and saved to the specified directory.
4. To refresh the contents of the window, click Refresh.
The contents are refreshed.
5. To close the window, click Close.
