FUNCTION:
This command is used to define the maximum number of digits which can be dialed, after C.O. access,
given a specific first digit.
2.
PRECAUTION:
(1) This command is included in MAT mode menu "B4" (Maximum number of digits [COM01]).
(2) This command is effective when CM35 YY = 76 is assigned.
