Note 1: The ID code received from the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) unit must be entered.
Note 2: The Special ID Code can be entered when the ID code is not provided due to trouble with the IVR
unit. The Special ID code is effective for 3 days (4320 minutes). If the exact ID code is not entered
within 3 days of entering the Special ID Code, you will be restricted for MAT/CAT operation.
