Appendix B.
This appendix describes how and where to find information on the IBM Support Web site for
the IBM System Storage DS3000.
The following steps show as an example, how to navigate IBM's support page to find updated
firmware code for a DS3400. Storage Manager updates, HBA firmware and drivers, as well as
product documentation can also be found using similar steps.
1. In your Web browser, go to http://www.ibm.com/support. A window like Figure B-1 on
page 534 appears. Select System Storage from the Support by Product box.
