The other party's voice is not heard well or is too loud
Make sure the user did not change the earpiece volume.
■ Mail
A message is not automatically received
Make sure Receive option setting in mail setting is not set to
[ON].
When a message is received, ring tone does not sound
Make sure Receive/Auto send display is not set to [Operation
first].
When a mail is received, a different ring tone sounds
When a mail ring tone is set for a specific group, the mail ring
tone that set for the group sounds.
When different mail ring tones are set for both individual and
group, the mail ring tone for the individual sounds.
When multiple mails are received, the specific mail ring tone of
the last person sounds.
■ i-mode
Cannot connect to i-mode, i-mode mail, i-appli, i-Channel
Make sure Access point setting is not set to other than [i-mode
(UIM)].
If contract is made for i-mode after purchase, turn off the
FOMA terminal power and restart.
Subscription is required to use i-mode.
i-mode icon flashes and does not disappear
When i-mode transmission is disconnected during and after
checking new message or sending/receiving mail, i-mode icon
continues flashing. Transmission is automatically disconnected
if data is not exchanged. Press H to end immediately.
■ Camera
Still picture or moving picture shot by the camera is blurred
Switch AF mode to [Closeup] when shooting nearby subject.
Make sure the camera lens is neither misted up nor exposed to
dirt.
Use Focus lock.

Shoot with Fix camera shake set to [Auto] (still picture)/[ON]
(moving picture).
