4 Brightness sensor (nP. 96)
The sensor detects the brightness of the surrounding area and
automatically adjusts the display brightness and turns on/off the
keypad backlight.
Do not cover the sensor area with your hand or a sticker. May
interfere with the sensor.

Press to use i-mode (nP. 158).
Press to execute the functions of the operation guidance (nP. 31).
6 m: Mail/Operation guidance key
Press to use mail functions (nP. 124).
Press to execute the functions of the operation guidance (nP. 31).
7 s: Start/Hands-free/Eco key
Press to make or receive a voice call.
Press to use hands-free (nP. 53).
Press to set the Eco mode (Power saver) (nP. 95).
8 1 to 9, 0, *, #: Dial/Text input keys
Press to enter phone numbers or texts.
9 $: Multi/Quick search/VeilView key
Press to use Multi Assistant (nP. 360).

a Mouthpiece/Microphone
Sends out your own voice.
b Air vent
This is a vent for taking any remaining air out of the FOMA terminal
when the back cover and the FOMA terminal are closed.

Move the cursor to select an item and execute or set (nP. 31).
d C: Camera/TV/Operation guidance key
Press to activate the camera/1Seg (nP. 203, P. 225).
Press to execute the functions of the operation guidance (nP. 31).
e a: Phonebook/Operation guidance key
Press to use the phonebook (nP. 81).
Press to execute the functions of the operation guidance (nP. 31).
f c (J): i-Channel/Clear key
Press to display the channel list (nP. 190).

This is a terminal for charging with the desktop holder.
k &: Light key
Press with the FOMA terminal closed to display the clock on the sub
display.
Press for 1+ seconds with the FOMA terminal closed to turn on/off
Picture Light.
l 1Seg antenna (nP. 222)
A 1Seg antenna is built in. To receive in better conditions, do not
cover the antenna area by hand.

This is a terminal used while charging, connecting the earphone, etc.
Connect to an external device such as AC adapter/DC adapter or
FOMA USB Cable with Charge Function 02 (sold separately)
