ENGINE 2.0L DOHC

DESCRIPTION

The 2.0 Liter (122 cu. in.) in-line four cylinder
engine is a dual over-head camshaft with hydraulic
lash adjusters and four valves per cylinder design
(Fig. 1). The engine does not have provisions for a
free wheeling valvetrain.
The cylinders are numbered from front of the
engine to the rear. The firing order is 1–3–4–2.
The engine identification number is located on the
left side of the engine block at the bedplate/engine
block parting line near the crankshaft position sensor
(Fig. 2).
