    Chapter 1 Overview 1.1 RX600 S3 This server has the following features. High Reliability Advanced Memory Protection Functions The server supports the SDDC (Single Device Data Correction) function using PC2-3200-compliant memory (DDR2 400MHz SDRAM). Further, the server supports the spare memory function, the memory mirroring function, and the memory RAID function, one of which can be selectively configured for the whole memory.
