4.4.1 Handling parameters

This function reads/writes the following parameters stored in the IOT.

Sets the registration in the paper feeding

Sets the registration in the scanning direction
-30 to 30 for each of Tray 1, Tray 2, Tray 3, Tray 4, MSI,
