– This option will display what cluster features will be tested and what cluster resources will not be
available to the host during the test. If problems are found, repair options are offered. The service
terminal must be connected to the current cluster bay.

v Host Bay Planars Menu
– This option displays the 4-slot bays and allows you to select a 4-slot bay planar for testing.
v Host Interface Cards Menu
– This option allows you to test an ultra SCSI host card or an ESCON host card. It also describes what
resources will be unavailable to the host.

– This option displays the external connections that can be tested.

– This option displays the temperature of the SSA devices.
v SSA Devices Certify Menu
– This option allows you to select an SSA disk drive module (DDM) by its name (pdisk) or by its
location (drawer and DDM),
v SSA Loops Menu
– This option allows you to select for testing an SSA loop attached to an SSA device card.

- Select SSA Loop by Storage Bay Drawer
v Rack Power Control (RPC) Cards
– Displays the resource name and location of the RPC cards.
v CD-ROM Drive
– This option displays the CD-ROM drive test option.
v Diskette Drive
– This option displays the floppy diskette drive test option.
v Send Test Notification Menu
– This option displays the notification that can be tested.

v Show Problem Log
– Displays a list of problems to view with the following information:
- Problem ID, ESC, and SRN
- Date Problem occurred
