This function updates the Telepen settings with new values.
Syntax
HRESULT IS9CConfig::SetTelepen( ITC_TELEPEN_DECODING*
eDecode, ITC_TELEPEN_FORMAT* eFormat );
Parameters
eDecode [in] Identifies the decoding for Telepen symbology.
eFormat [in] Identifies the format.

HRESULT that indicates success or failure.
