2 If your 700 Series Computer does not have a built-in modem, install a
modem card.
3 Tap Start → Settings → the Connections tab → the Connections icon.
Under the When needed, automatically connect to The Internet using
these settings, select Internet Settings from the drop-down list, then tap
Modify.
4 In the Modem tab, tap New.
