4.2: CT Leads Terminated to Meter
The Shark 100 is designed to have Current Inputs wired in one of three ways. Diagram 4.1 shows
the most typical connection where CT Leads are terminated to the meter at the Current Gills. This
connection uses Nickel-Plated Brass Studs (Current Gills) with screws at each end. This connection
allows the CT wires to be terminated using either an "O" or a "U" lug. Tighten the screws with a #2
Phillips screwdriver.
Other current connections are shown in Figures 4.2 and 4.3. A Voltage and RS-485 Connection is
shown in Figure 4.4.
