Description
Use ispf enable to enable OSPF ISPF.
Use undo ispf enable to disable OSPF ISPF.
By default, OSPF ISPF is disabled.
When a network topology is changed, ISPF allows the system to recomputes only the affected part of the
shortest path tree (SPT), instead of the entire SPT.

Description
Use log-peer-change to enable the logging of OSPF neighbor state changes.
Use undo log-peer-change to disable the logging.
The logging is enabled by default.
With this feature enabled, information about neighbor state changes is displayed on the terminal until
the feature is disabled.
