How to configure the automatic shut-off and wake-up timers
Under the 'Preferences' - 'System settings' - 'System properties' tab in Océ Express
WebTools:
1. Use the 'Shutdown timeout' setting to define after how many minutes of inactivity
the printer and scanner should turn off.
2. Use the 'First working day' and 'Last working day' settings to define on which days of
the week the printer and scanner should automatically wake up.
3. Use the 'Wake-up time' setting to define the wake-up time of the scanner and the
printer on working days.
How to enable the timers
[15] Key on the Océ PlotWave 900 printer (1 = "On" position, 2 = "Off" position, 3 = "Timer"
position).
When you want to enable the timers on the printer and scanner:
1. Turn the key from the "On" position (1) to the "Off" position (2).
2. Turn the key to the "Timer" position (3).
The device turns on.
4. Turn the key back to the "Off" position (2).
5. Hold for 10 seconds.
6. Turn the key to the "Timer" position (3).
The printer and scanner remain turned off and will turn on again at the time and day
defined in Océ Express WebTools.
Note:
Make sure you hold the key in the various positions (2,3) for a few seconds. Otherwise
the position will not be registered and the timer will not function on the defined time
and date.
