XEROX DOCUPRINT NPS GUIDE TO CONFIGURING AND MANAGING THE SYSTEM
2.
This chapter describes utility commands available to the DocuPrint
NPS system administrator or operator. You use these commands to
perform various tasks: eject floppies or CDs, provide information to
remote access users, set feature licensing, and back up and restore
site files. The Configure utility allows you to change parameters that
are initially set during installation. The modem commands allow you
to set up and disable the external modem used by remote service
technicians.
Use the Broadcast message to all execs command to immediately
send a message to all users logged on to the printer controller. This
can be useful when you need to perform system maintenance and
wish to notify remote access users.
