Occurrence Timing Phenomenon Detail
At power-on The printer does not operate at all.
At operation Operation at power-on is normal,
but the error appears when the
print jog is sent to the printer.

Interface cable 1. Check that the Interface cable is connected between the PC and
printer.
2. Check the Interface cable for wire break.
EPSON USB 1. When USB is used, check that the EPSON USB driver has been
driver installed in the PC.
