7.7 Lifting the load
WARNING
Load drops due to insufficient vacuum
Serious injuries or death!

WARNING
Falling of the load when attaching the load securing chain
Crushing hazard!

CAUTION
Uncontrolled rotating or swinging movements due to the load sticking or tilting
Risk of crushing and impact!
•
1. Switch on the lifting device using the main switch
(22).
 The warning lights (26) flash red until the mi-
nimum vacuum is reached.
2. Position the lifting device in the feeder so that the
load can be sucked in at the center of gravity.
3. Carefully place the lifting device on the load.
4. Ensure that the suction plate is fully seated on
the load.

Before lifting the load, ensure that the minimum vacuum of -500 mbar is reached (warn-
ing light OFF).
Do not reach under the load when attaching the load securing chain.
Before lifting, ensure that the load is not stuck or tilted.
