9.6 Cleaning and checking the suction plates
Only clean vacuum lifting devices with an active cleaning agent containing surfactants (pH-neutral).
NOTE
Aggressive cleaning agent
Damage to the suction plates and vacuum hoses!

Clean and check the suction plates at least once a week:
•
Remove adhering objects and dirt such as adhesive, glue, chips and dust from
the suction plates.
•
Allow to dry at room temperature.
•
Replace damaged or worn suction plates or sealing lips immediately.
9.7 Replacing the battery

Only clean the suction plates with an active cleaning agent containing surfactants.
Clean mechanically at the same time (soft brush or ultrasound).
Do not use aggressive cleaning agents such as cold cleaners , carbon tetrachloride,
hydrocarbons or vinegar cleaners for cleaning.
Do not use any sharp-edged objects (wire brushes, sandpaper, etc.).
Wear safety goggles.
Wear acid-resistant work gloves.
Measure
Clean with soap and water.

2. Consult a doctor.
1. Rinse under running water for several minutes.
2. Consult a doctor.
1. Drink plenty of water immediately.
2. Consult a doctor.
1. Fix the spilled acid with a binding agent (e.g.
sand).
2. Neutralize spilled acid with lime or soda and di-
spose of according to local regulations.
