8.1.1 Safety instructions for troubleshooting
Faults on the lifting device may only be rectified by qualified mechanical and electrical specialists.
The personnel must have read and understood the operating instructions.
Before troubleshooting or maintenance work, disconnect the cable from the positive terminal of the
battery to prevent damage to the components due to a short circuit.

Risk of injury due to negative pressure!

Switch off the vacuum generator before troubleshooting or maintenance work.

Ensure that no stored residual vacuum remains in the vacuum circuit.

Before working on the lifting device, ensure that no crane movement can take place.
Check the proper functioning of the product, especially the safety devices, after each
maintenance or troubleshooting operation.
Allow the vacuum generator to cool down before troubleshooting or maintenance work.
