covered for too long after a
discharge process has been
started
FAULT 7
Low Level (LL) sensor becomes
free too quickly during discharge
128 | 132
Possible cause
1. Soiled FRC sensors
2. Excessively low compressed
air operating pressure
3. The minimum compressed
air operating pressure is
being fallen below during
operation
4. Filter cartridges are clogged
5. During the discharge
operation, a hissing
sound can be heard at the
FRC pressure relief valves.
6. Piston malfunction
7. Riser duct clogged
1. Soiled FRC sensors
2. Excessively high compressed
air operating pressure
3. SOLENOID
VALVES Service-Unit
malfunction (e.g., due to
contaminated compressed
air)
4. Piston assembly defective
Installation and operating manual
Measure
Clean the FRC sensors (see section
"10.3.5 Cleaning" on page 107)
Select correct pressure range (see
section "4. Technical data" on
page 42)
Check compressed air volume
Replace filter cartridges (refer
to section "10.3.2 Replace filter
cartridges" on page 93)
Remove PISTON Service-Unit and
check whether it is working properly
(see section "10.3.4 Replacing the
piston" on page 103)
Clean or replace the riser duct
Clean the FRC sensors (see section
