Disassembling or maintaining parts before the exhaust system cools may cause severe
burns.
This part mainly includes the disassembly and installation of cover, rear fender, exhaust
muffler, radiator and lamp.
Troubleshooting
Excessive emission noise
1. The emission system is damaged;
2. Exhaust leakage;

Disassembly procedures of cover, headlamp and instrument
1. Support the motorcycle with side bracket
on the flat ground and remove the cushion.
3. Remove 2 instrument cluster mounting
bolts and M6 × 25 inner hexagon screw.

2. Remove three mounting bolts from each
side cover. Remove the left and right side
cover assembly. Pay attention to handle
with care, do not scratch the decorative
surface.
6. Remove 6 installment cap screws, self
tapping screw ST4.2 × 13, from the left and
and right back plates of lamp housing. Remove
the left and right back plates of lamp
