1. Support the motorcycle on the ground
with the main bracket, and pull out the
oxygen sensor plug.
2. Remove 4 M6 × 16
socket step screws from the fixing screws
of
exhaust
Installation procedure of exhaust muffler in
the reverse order of disassembly.
Proceed
disassembly.
The muffler seal washer at the engine
exhaust port should be replaced with a
new one. During installation, apply sealant
to the joint of exhaust pipe and muffler, and
then tighten the bolts of exhaust port and
muffler support after the hoop bolts of joint
are tightened, otherwise air leakage will be
caused.
Make sure the muffler is completely cooled
before operation, otherwise it will cause
scald.
