The engine idles
unsteadily or does not
idle, the return oil stalls
The fuel pipe is blocked or leaking;
Injector failure.
Intake pressure sensor failure or hose rupture;
Incorrect ignition timing:
The fuel is deteriorated or contains water.
Insufficient engine cylinder pressure;
The air filter is blocked or the throttle body and
intake pipe leak;
The exhaust system is blocked;
Ignition system check:
Poor contact of high voltage connecting wire;
Aging of spark plug cap and poor water
insulation;
Carbon deposition or failure of spark plug;
The engine speed sensor or signal wheel is
faulty;
Incorrect ignition timing:
Oil supply system inspection:
Fine filter blocked or oil pump failure;
The fuel pipe is blocked;
Injector failure;
Idle speed control system check:
The idle screw is loose;
Throttle position sensor fault;
Replace the oil pipe;
Replace the fuel injector.
Replace intake pressure sensor or
hose:
Readjust ignition timing;
Replace the qualified fuel.
Check the mechanical part of the
engine;
Repair the air filter, throttle body or
intake pipe;
Replacement or cleaning;
Reconnection;
Replace the spark plug cap;
Remove carbon deposit or replace
spark plug;
Remove scrap iron and adjust
clearance;
Adjust the ignition timing again;
Replacement of fine filter or oil
pump;
Oil pipe replacement;
Replace the fuel injector;
Adjust the idle screw and tighten it;
Replacing throttle position sensor;
