ball valve rises. The high pressure fuel (250 ~ 400kPa) in the fuel line can pass through
the valve seat hole of the fuel injector through the orifice plate and form a conical spray to
spray into the valve body of the intake valve. When the power of the injector is cut off, the
magnetic force of the solenoid coil disappears automatically, and the ball valve of the
injector closes automatically under the action of the return spring, which stops the
injection action of the injector. The orifice plate of the fuel injector is a thin plate at the
head of the fuel injector, which is used to accurately control the fuel injection quantity and
evenly atomize.
