USE AND OPERATION
Heating element control knob: for setting

the heating power.

Lighting
Turn on the appliance's circuit breaker to

connect it to the electrical mains.
Turn the knob

temperature required to turn on the heating
elements. The lights (B e C) come on; when
the working temperature is reached, light (C)
goes out.
IMPORTANT: The temperature set
should always be higher than 65°C to pre-
vent the risk of bacteria proliferation inside
the trays.
Turning off
Turn the knob (A) anti-clockwise (pos. 2) to

turn off the heating elements.
Cut off the mains electricity supply using
