J. Media Feed Adjustment
When the media feed is inappropriate, stripes
will appear in the Y-axis direction between image
bands. If this happens, follow the procedure below
to adjust the media feed.
1) Load A3/11" x 17" media on the printer.
2)
Select "Band" in the "Adjustment" user menu,
and press one of the Down arrow, ONLINE or
MENU keys.
¢ The printer prints out the media feed adjust-
ment pattern.

From the printout patter, select the No. where
stripes between bands is least conspicuous
using the Left or Right arrow key.
* Select within the range -8 to 8.

Inthe example in Figure 3-335, select "-2".

Reference
Decrementing the setting value by "1", changes
the feed by approx. 1/8 dot (approx. 0.0088 mm).

Press one of the Down arrow, ONLINE or
MENU keys to store the setting value to the
printer.
