C. Cleaning
Explain to the user that they should clean the
following locations on the printer once every month
or whenever necessary.
1) Platen
Wipe off any media scraps or powder on the
platen with a well-wrung moistened cloth, and
wipe dry with a dry cloth.

Roll media cover
Wipe the cut sheet media loading surface with
a well-wrung moistened cloth, and wipe dry
with a dry cloth.
