• The monitor will shut down
automatically after 30 mi‐
nutes.
• The monitor will switch on
again as soon as the tem‐
perature falls sufficiently.
The video source is only trans‐
mitting a green signal
Synchronization not OK
Monitor status
No fault; "Power down" was switched on and acti‐
vated.
Video signal recognized, no fault
Remedy
Inform service personnel
Connect power cable
Check video cable
Check video source
Adjust frequency and phase
Plug in cables properly and se‐
cure them
Replace cable
Check the following:
• The temperature limit is not
set correctly:
• Check the setting in the
OSD menu (Servicelevel 2).
• Room temperature is too
high
• The cooling fins on the hous‐
ing are covered.
• Non-compliance with the
spacing requirements on in‐
stalling the monitor.
• The monitor is close to a
heat source.
In the OSD menu, switch over
from "RGB" to "MONO"
Set maximum window size and
perform "Auto adjust"
