Cleaning the pH or RedOx probe

Mandatory
Wearing glasses is mandatory!
Info
Deposition of scale or suspended elements in the basin may occur. The probes are
fragile measuring elements, they should be cleaned with care, and most particularly the
platinized surfaces of the electrodes of the conductivity probe should not be scratched.
Physical cleaning of the probe in case of presence of an element in the protective cage
Depending on the environment of the probe, organisms may develop and disrupt the
measurement. It then becomes necessary to physically clean the end of the probe (pH or RedOx).
1. Carefully unscrew the protective cage by hand.
2. Using a toothbrush previously soaked in white vinegar, gently brush the tip of the probe until
the foreign body is completely removed.
