Concentration rate of disinfectant (chlorine, bromine, active oxygen...) present in the basin.
For this measure of "disinfection power" it is commonly advised to stay between 650 mV and
750 mV.
The oxidation-reduction potential indicates the quality of oxidant present in the water. It is the
result of the ratio of the amount of disinfectant to the amount of pollution.
