15 Decommissioning

15.1

Disconnect the terminals on the inverter

To decommission the product completely upon completion of its service life, first disconnect all connections from the
product.
Procedure:
1. Disconnect the product from voltage sources (see Section 11.1, page 119).
2. Remove the AC cable from the inverter. To do so, loosen the
screws (AF5) and pull the cables out of the terminal.
3. Remove the protection elements against contact from the terminal
lugs for the DC connection. To do so, unlock the side brackets.
4. Remove the DC cable connection. Loosen the hex nuts (AF10)
and remove the combined hexagon head screw (AF16).
