6.12 MESSAGE ON THE DISPLAY: 'WARNING:
ENCODER MOTOR-PRESS "YES"TO QUIT THIS
MESSAGE'- ERROR 15 LOSS OF IMPULSE
In the case of error 15, the following message appears on the display: 'WARNING: ENCOD-
ER MOTOR- PRESS "YES" TO QUIT THIS MESSAGE'
Click the YES button on the display to try to make the error disappear.
Only if the error persists or if the machine does not work correctly, see the troubleshooting proce-
dure detailed in the paragraph: $"6.4 DRIVE ERROR CODE LIST".
6.13 ERROR 13 - MALFUNCTION IN THE 24 VDC POWER
DISTRIBUTION
In case of Equipment off / E13 (in the error log) / Message on the display: 'The equipment is
blocked.
Contact Technogym technical support', see the troubleshooting procedure detailed in the para-

6.14 GYMKIT NOT FUNCTIONING
If GymKit is not functioning, check that the GymKit functions on other enabled equipment.
CASE A: If the GymKit does not function on the other equipment:
•
Make sure that the GymKit APP has been installed on the site pro.mywellness.com.
•
Make sure that the Apple Watch was set correctly. In detail:
▪ The Apple Watch must have the WatchOS 4.1 version or higher;
▪ The Apple Watch must not be in energy saving mode. For details, see the link: https://support.
apple.com/en-us/HT204608;
▪ The function 'Detect Gym Equipment' must be enabled. To make this setting, follow the pro-
cedure indicated below:
1- Go to General Settings;
2- Click on Workout;
3- Enable the 'Detect Gym Equipment' function.
CASE B: If the GymKit functions on the other equipment:
•
Make sure that the last SW version of display is installed. If necessary, upgrade the SW
using the USB upgrade key synchronised with ESL.
