TROUBLESHOOTING & CONFIGURATION
6.1 PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW WHEN REPLACING
COMPONENTS

6.1.1 REPLACING THE DISPLAY (HIGH KIT)

When replacing the display:
- Follow the LIVE display installation wizard that guides the user in the relative configuration;
- Enter the SN of equipment;
- Upgrade the display SW to the latest released version using the USB upgrade stick;
- Perform the standard settings procedure.

6.1.2 REPLACING THE DRIVE (LOW KIT)

When replacing the drive:
- Upgrade the FW to the latest released version using the USB upgrade stick;
- Perform the standard settings procedure.

6.1.3 REPLACING THE BELT MOTOR

Before replacing the belt motor:
- Upgrade the display SW to the latest released version using the USB upgrade stick;
- Upgrade the Low Kit FW to the latest released version using the USB upgrade stick.
After replacing the belt motor:
- Turn on the equipment, enter the 2501 menu and perform the standard settings procedure.
