Access the error log for details regarding the date/frequency with which the error is present-
ed.

6.5 PROCEDURE FOR RESTORING THE LOW KIT
FACTORY SETTINGS
Access the service menu, by entering the password 2501.
For details about entering the menu on Live display see: §5. SW AND FW UPGRADE-INFO ABOUT
ENTERING THE SERVICE/CUSTOMER MENU ON LIVE DISPLAY.
Click the LOW KIT menu item
_Set the parameter 802=1 (factory reset command)
_Set the parameter 800=1 (command that saves the changes)
After the "factory setting" procedure, the standard setting MUST be carried out.
Remember to check the PAR 5 parameter to understand if DCLINK functions correctly. The
value read must be around 400 Vdc.
6.6 MESSAGE ON THE DISPLAY: 'THE EQUIPMENT
IS BLOCKED. CONTACT TECHNOGYM TECHNICAL
SUPPORT'
All the Low Kit errors, with the exception of the errors:
▪ 7 (gradient motor) - ($"6.10 MESSAGE ON THE DISPLAY: 'DC MOTOR FAULT- PRESS
"YES" TO QUIT THIS MESSAGE'-ERROR 07 DC GRADIENT MOTOR ENCODER");
▪ 15 (loss of impulse) - ($"6.12 MESSAGE ON THE DISPLAY: 'WARNING: ENCODER MO-
TOR-PRESS "YES"TO QUIT THIS MESSAGE'- ERROR 15 LOSS OF IMPULSE");
▪ 16 (Movement of the running surface during the Hold phase) - ($"6.17 MESSAGE ON THE
DISPLAY: 'PRESS "YES" TO QUIT THIS MESSAGE AND START TRAINING'")
▪ 17 (Acceleration of the running surface during the hold phase) - ($"6.17 MESSAGE ON THE
