About
Engine communication allows the SGC controller communicate with different engine types over CAN bus. Some engine
types only allow the SGC to read information from the ECU. Other engine types allow the controller to regulate and transmit
commands to the ECU.

Default settings
The SGC controller is delivered with a set of default settings for engine communication. These settings are not necessarily
correct for your engine or genset. Check all the settings before you operate the engine or genset.
