Set up accessibility features

Flashing screen for incoming calls
To make it easier for the hearing impaired users to notice when
someone is calling, the screen can be setup to flash red and gray
on incoming calls.
1. Sign in to the web interface and navigate to
Configuration.
2. Go to UserInterface > Accessibility > IncomingCallNotification
and select AmplifiedVisuals.
3. Click Save.
