About Reports

ISO 14644-1, FS 209E and BS 5295 specify calculations for airborne particle counter count data. These
documents establish the definitions for level of cleanliness in cleanrooms and clean zones based on
specified concentrations of airborne particles. The printed reports provide the data to determine
the cleanliness level for which that cleanroom qualifies.

Set up the Test and Report Wizard
