Prerequisites:
• Alarm reasons must be set to ENABLED or OPTIONAL. Refer to

• Alarm reasons must be entered in the alarm reasons list before they can be applied to a data
record. Refer to
An alarm reason can be applied to any data record that has an alarm. Alarm reasons show in the
Historical data screen and on printouts. Alarm reasons are also included in FTP transfers and all USB
flash drive exports.
