10. Click "OK" as below to finished MCU firmware flash.
11. System Recovery
 Power off the system reshort cut the jumper as original.
 Unplug the firmware download cable from Mainframe Control Board.
 Reinstall the eBox cover and Mainframe back cover.
 Power on system, then reconfigure Product and Software option function as original, refer to
5.2.2.
 Performance below calibrations, refer to Chapter 4:
Below mA calibration and Beam Alignment Calibration interface just press "OK" button is to
finish the mA calibration. Because no hardware setting is changed, actual calibration is not
needed.
