Example: To read DO output coil 5 on board 7, find DO output coils in
the first row of the table, below, then move down that column until you
reach the board 7 row to determine the range of DO output coil numbers
for that board, in this case (341-372). The fifth coil in the range 341 to
372 would be 345, so your Modbus command should request coil 345.
