The following figure identifies the 3.5" drive bay components.
6.8.2.1 3.5" Drive Carrier Removal from Drive Bay
1. Press the button on the drive extraction/insertion lever to release the drive carrier from the drive bay
(see Letter A).
2. Using the lever, pull the driver carrier all the way out of the drive bay (see Letter B).
6.8.2.2 3.5" HDD Replacement
1. Hold the drive assembly top side down in your right hand.
2. Using your left hand, gently rotate the bottom edge of the left rail upwards (see Letter A) while at the
same time pushing the drive down away from the carrier (see Letter B).
3. Locate and unpack the replacement 3.5" HDD
