This section outlines the menus and screens available in the CC MIS
Maintenance and Administration interface.
Call Center MIS Maintenance and Administration main menu
The main menu for the Call Center MIS Maintenance and Administration
interface (see Figure 17) appears when you log on to CC MIS.
To access a menu option on the main menu, type the letter (r, b, s, d, m, c, h,
or l) associated with the option, and then press <enter>.
