About Unique Fit Adapters
Unique fit adapters consist of an Adapter Base and an Ultrasound Integration Adapter Array.
They fit the same way each time and do not require recalibration every time they are used. The
Ultrasound Navigation Adapter Array (22595) is also required for tracking purposes.
NOTE: Adapters using the Ultrasound Navigation Adapter Array must also be unique fit
compatible.
How to Attach the Unique Fit BK Medical Adapter Base

Slide the Ultrasound Navigation Adapter Base (BK 8862/8863/N11C5S) or Ultrasound
Navigation Adapter Base (BK N13C5) ② over the probe ①.
Make sure that the adapter is tightly attached and fits securely to the edge of the probe ③
Secure the adapter by hooking the buckle over the notch, making sure to lock the catch
